I had been thinking about having breast augmentation for years but never got around to having it done. Didn't think I was a good candidate because I had diabetes, had a stent implant due to having a heart attack years ago, and my age. But my daughter located Dr. Kincaid and discovered that he was the perfect surgeon for me. In fact, Dr. Kincaid will be performing a procedure for her in the next few months. I can tell you that I was very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Kincaid and his staff as well as the staff at the surgical center. Every step of the way, Dr. Kincaid answered al of my questions but most of all was very forthcoming about what he needed from me regarding my past medical history. His main concern was that I was familiar enough with my diabetes control for a successful and safe surgery procedure. He always was comforting and reassuring. Once he reviewed my medical histories, he stated that he was comfortable with his decision to perform the procedure and that he felt my diabetes would not be a factor. I felt that he was truly concerned about my welfare instead of just taking my money. In fact, the financial transactions were even effortless. I was also impressed that he continued updating his training to become aware of the latest treatments and procedures. His office staff was very supportive and knowledgable and offered good advise. Post-op care was terrific and made me feel that I was progressing on schedule. Dr. Kincaid has a great sense of humor which make you feel at ease. The surgical center staff was superb. I felt very comortable and at ease about my surgery. They explained every step and as it is difficult to find my veins, that was even not a problem for the staff. Dr. Kincaid came in prior to my surgery to explain what he intended to do and asked if I had any questions. he always wanted to ensure that I knew what to expect. I feel that Dr. Kincaid and his staff are the best in their field. Although you will have some pain, in the end, it is well worth it. You truly are in 'good hands'!!!*

I was miserable "G" cup size, always wanted to have a reduction only to be told by my primary care physician that I was not that large and did not need to have a reduction even after hearing my complaints of back pain etc ... when I came to Dr. Hess he understood my issues due to having large breast and answered all of my questions and concerns about having a breast reduction. Bertha, Cynthia, and Dr. Hess were all excellent. I had the procedure done and came down to a "D" cup. I am extremely happy with the results and would do it again.*

I am a 35 year old mother of 4. I had always been very confident with small breast. However, I became very disappointed with the look of my breasts after breast feeding twins. I was a small A and am now a full C cup, 350cc, saline, under the muscle. I had two very big concerns when discussing this procedure with Dr. Kincaid, first was exactly what to expect in the healing process. As many of us do have children, some young, we do need to be very clear on how the, under the muscle, procedure will effect our daily routines. Dr. Kincaid and his staff gave me their full attention and honest responses in what I could expect. My second concern was being subtle about my change. I also have a teenage daughter and a shy personality and was not interested in a drastic change. Again, Dr. Kincaid and his staff helped me to chose the perfect fit for me and for my lifestyle. I am very happy with my new look. The clothes I already owned now fit me properly and I feel much more confident.*
