I came in to see if my left over discoloration from teen acne and remaining adult acne could be treated, as well as the occasional flare ups I still get. I have been treated through a dermatologist from age 13 to 30, and with every oral, topical medication they had (including accutane), nothing worked. I tried dermabrasions and acid peels with no results. The VI Peel came to my attention as another measure to try, and Dr. Kincaid's office offered it. I came with low expectations, due to the history I burden. After three peels, I was overjoyed to see the scars pulled out of the skin and the active acne flares calmed down. Now instead of wearing stage makeup to camoflauge my skin, I can get away with wearing mineral makeup and look flawless! People acutally compliment me on my complexion, which is so amazing. I never thought this problem would clear up. The treatements were easy, the staff was very informative, and the overall experience was phenomenal! I would highly recommend the peel to anyone who had gone through as much as I had. It is a great invention!*

I'm a 34 year old wife and mother of 3, after breast feeding my boys my breast disappeared. I went into Dr. Kincaid and got a lot of very useful information before making my decision. Dr. Kincaid was very friendly and his staff was very helpful and full of information. I'm 36 years old and have noticed it is much harder to get rid of the extra weight around my belly, thighs, butt, and flanks (muffin top). I've been working out 3-4 times a week but not seeing the results I once did. I went to see Dr. Kincaid regarding the new Vaser Lipo procedure. I was able to have the Vaser Lipo along with conventional lipo right before Memorial Day weekend. Immediately after surgery the only real discomfort I felt was the leaking of fluids for the first few days. I was pretty sore but it was tolerable (and my pain threshold is pretty low). Here it is exactly 6 weeks after my surgery and I couldn't be happier with results. There is no pain just some slight stiffness. I do have some scar tissue but with my daily massages it has been diminishing quickly. Everyday I see changes, no week has looked the same as the last, but the biggest change was dropping 10 lbs and going from a tight size 6 to a size 2. I haven't looked this good in years. I'm so happy and look forward to seeing the final results which can only get better after returning to my regular exercise program. My husband will be so excited when he returns from Afghanistan in the fall!*

My success story begins about 5 years ago. I was at my ideal body weight, but still unhappy with my "love handles" and now even smaller breasts (when I lost weight, those even got smaller). It didn't matter how many side-bends or oblique workouts I did, I couldn't get rid of them! I knew it had to be a genetic thing, My whole family had them. I met my future husband, not long after that. Of course, he never said anything bad, but I was still unhappy. It wasn't until I met the girls at Beverly Hills Physicians that I knew I could finally find peace with my love handles and small breasts... and of course, Dr. Mandris was WONDERFUL!!! He was so kind and made me feel so comfortable at the consultation. He reassured me that these would be fixed and I would be happy. He couldn't have been more right! In October of 2009 I started to think about my 50th birthday which was coming up in November. I wanted something that would make me happy for surviving all those years in good health. It hit me, that if I could find a doctor I felt comfortable with to give me a tummy tuck, that would be a great birthday gift.
I started my due diligence, and set up four consultations. I went from most popular plastic surgeon with their high-end offices, to less expensive surgeons that tried to play the part of a high-end surgeon. I was lost after the forth consultation. Then one day I was on the computer, surfing the web, and noticed Beverly Hills Physicians, well the first thing that came to mind was "I live in Carson, CA, and that would take a lot out of my day to travel so far again for a consultation". Then I noticed there was a office in Long Beach, not to far from my job.
After setting up my consultation, going to the office for my first visit, the front-end medical assistant (Bertha Tena) made me feel like I should be here, very nice, warm and she seemed excited that I walked in the door. I filled out my paper work, and then was escorted to one of the rooms. Dr. Hess came in with this big smile (handsome), and with a warm conversation that made me feel relaxed, which was accompanied by everything that I was concerned with. He was honest, and answered all my questions, with no hesitation. I could not believe I found my doctor.
The next step was the financial aspect of it, I met with Cynthia Espinoza, she explained everything to me, and right from the start, I felt like we were long time friends and she was looking out for my best interest.
The surgery went without any complications. If I could have the anesthesiologist Bernice Cruz on call, that would be great. I am on my sixth week of healing, and it almost brings tears to my eyes of excitement every time I look in the mirror.
Thank you Dr. Hess, your staff, and the great job you've done. I have recommended two people thus far, and one will have surgery next month. Dr. Hess, you are the best, and again, thank you so much.
