Case Of The Month Procedure: Rhinoplasty Revision (12/2012)
This 49 y/o lady had a primary rhinoplasty performed six years before she came to see me. The original surgery left her with the tell-tale signs of the classical badly performed nose job: Columella-Ala discrepancy (too much nostril show); middle vault collapse (sever pinching on breathing) and a host of other problems. I performed a secondary rhinoplasty on her and balanced her appearance.*
