My experience at Dr. Kincaid's office was fantastic! I would reccommend him to anyone. I went in for a consultation for breast implants, and he was the 4th consultation I went to, after meeting him and his staff I booked my appointment that day! All the girls in the office really get to know you and care about how you feel. I was really emotional after the bandages came off and they were so supportive. I even called and bugged them about sizes for about 3 weeks, they were very very helpful! Dr. Kincaid was very professional but also had a sense of humour which is nice when you are nervous!! They all remembered my name and I feel very comfortable in his office! The surgery center was also very clean and a good environment! The anaesthesiologist called me the night before my surgery to make sure I was ready and didn't have any questions! I am very happy with the outcome and LOVE Dr. Kincaid and his staff!!!*

Bravo-Zulu to Dr. Kincaid and his staff for a outstanding job and extraordinary service on my breast augmentation. I went in to Dr.Kincaid's office a little over 4 months ago confused, and discouraged after going to a few consultations with other surgeons, I had reached the end of my rope and came to the conclusion that I wasn't going to go through with my procedure. At my first consultation with Dr. Kincaid he answered all my question and cleared the confusion I had and put my mind to ease with his vast knowledge and professionalism! By the end of my appointment I was excited again and couldn't wait to get my breast done. I came home and reality started to set in I started getting nervous and literally freaking the F out and to top it all off I came across negative reviews on the internet. When I went in for my pre-op appointment I was ready to call it quits, but again they took the time to sit down with me and addressed all my questions and concerns and made sure that this is what I wanted 100% without pressuring me. Dr.Kincaid came in and made me feel safe and promised to take care of me and that he DID! Him and his staff were encouraging and supportive every step of the way. After having two kids and breastfeeding both for 6 months each and losing 30 pounds my breast looked like two drained out tea bags, it took a big toll on my self-esteem. I didn't feel like looking at myself in the mirror let alone being naked in front of my husband. He deployed for 6 months and I wanted to make his jaw drop when he returned! I was originally a small/deflated B/C. I wanted to keep it natural so I went with a full C and sometimes D depending on the bra. I told him what I wanted and thats exactly what I got! The bedside manner at the surgery center was phenomenal and the great service didn't end there. Four days after my procedure I had lots of discomfort/ pain and became worried so I called the after hours line (it was a Sunday) just to see if what I was experiencing was normal expecting to speak to whatever random person that was manning the phone line. To my surprise I was transferred to Dr. Kincaid's cellphone and spoke to him directly. Its been 2 1/2 months since my augmentation and I LOVE THEM! I'm very satisfied and grateful! I would definitely recommend him to anyone thats considering.*

My only regret is that I didn't discover BHP before I did! For years I fretted over a genetic flaw that affected my self confidence and the way I felt about myself. My probing into resolving the issue resulted in nothing more than frustration and diminishing hope. It was at this time, that I saw your internet ad. Subsequently I made an appointment and dealt with Nikki. She was efficient and awesome in every way. My consult with Dr. Cohen was friendly, cordial, & brought promise to resolve. Surgery was performed by Dr. Cohen and hence, I am a little over 2 months later with great success and happiness for Dr. Cohen's miracle work in rectifying the problems on my face. In the meantime, I congratulate BHP for the greatest, kindest, sweetest, most efficient staff ever! These remarks, attributes, and more; to Cindy and Nikki. They are my true angels!*

After saving for three years and being referred by a friend I went for my consult with Dr. Stuart Kincaid. I ended up booking my surgery date the same day as my consult! I'd like to add that I am a very picky individual and I always do my research before making decisions! The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The environment very welcoming and just knowing I was in good hands had a large impact on my decision to pick Dr. Kincaid as my surgeon ! I am absolutely thrilled with my results!!
