Refund Policy

- A $250 deposit is required to secure a surgery date and to proceed with your pre-operative visit and to order lab work. This deposit is non-refundable. Should your surgery be cancelled for any reason after the pre-operative visit, there will be a $250 charge for professional services and lab work. The non-refundable deposit is 100% applicable towards any Beverly Hills Physicians products or services. There is no expiration date for the redemption of your deposited amount via Beverly Hills Physicians products or services.
- There will be a cancellation fee equal to 20% of surgical fee if your surgery is cancelled or rescheduled within 72 hours of scheduled operation, excluding weekends and/or holidays. Full payment is due within 7 days of surgery.
